GENERAL BILL by Ethics and Elections ; Sanderson

Elections; requires late registration to be done in office of supervisor of elections; revises specifications for ballots; revises requirements for voting systems re overvoted & undervoted ballots; revises minimum training requirements for poll workers; provides for duplication of ballots that are damaged & cannot be counted by automatic tabulating equipment during recount; provides earlier qualifying period for candidates for judicial office, etc. Amends FS.

Effective Date: 04/11/2002 except as otherwise provided
