GENERAL BILL by Governmental Oversight and Productivity ; Sanderson

Firefighter & Police Pensions; provides extended time period for recognition of supplemental firefighter plans; provides extended time period for recognition of supplemental police pension plans; prescribes guidelines for selecting trustees for closed plans of specified size; provides for termination of plans after distribution of final benefit payments. Amends 175.032,.061,.371, 185.02,.05,.38.
