Motor Veh. Financial Responsibility; increases financial responsibility limits re bodily injury or death in single accident; requires proof of financial responsibility for bodily injury or death; requires HSMV to develop affidavit forms & to adopt rules; increases limits for proof of financial responsibility for for-hire transportation vehicle certificates of self-insurance; increases amount required for surety bond or deposit for proof of financial responsibility, etc. Amends FS.
Effective Date: Upon becoming law
