Homeland Defense Training by Sheriff; creates pilot program for training in homeland defense; requires sheriffs within specified regions of FDLE to jointly develop & implement program for providing training in homeland defense to supervisors & employees of schools, governmental entities, & businesses; specifies subject areas to be included in training; requires sheriffs to report to FDLE & make recommendations for further development of training program, etc.
