Fla. Lead Poisoning Prevention Act; creates "Florida Lead Poisoning Prevention Act of 2002"; establishes Lead-Based Paint Hazard Reduction Program within DBPR; provides for adoption of rules for licensing or certification of persons performing lead hazard detection & lead hazard reduction services; prohibits performance of, or training of persons to perform, any lead-based paint activities regulated under act without appropriate licensure or certification, etc.
