GENERAL BILL by Sanderson

Offenses Involving Vehicle ID Number; revises elements of offense of possessing, selling or offering for sale, concealing, or disposing of motor vehicle or mobile home, or major component part thereof, on which motor number or vehicle identification number has been destroyed, removed, covered, altered, or defaced; provides penalties. Amends 319.33.
