School Employees/Background Checks; requires FDLE to annually check its current criminal database to determine whether information about certain school employees appears thereon; provides procedures; provides responsibilities of DOE; prohibits fees; provides for notification of school districts; allocates responsibility for investigating information obtained through background checks; provides for future repeal unless reviewed & reenacted by Legislature.
