Insurance/Consumer Protection Laws; provides applicability of specified consumer protection laws to business of insurance; revises procedures, requirements, & limitations for filing & setting rates, rate schedules, & rating manuals; provides responsibilities of Insurance Reg. Office; prohibits issuance of certain types of insurance policies without also issuing medical malpractice insurance to health care providers, etc. Creates 624.156, 627.351,.352; amends 627.062, 501.212.
