SB 1322: Constitutional Amendments

GENERAL BILL by Cowin

Constitutional Amendments; requires Attorney General to immediately petition Supreme Court for review of certain fiscal impact statements; deletes duties of Attorney General re constitutional amendments proposed other than by initiative; prescribes ballot language to be used if fiscal impact statement is not timely approved by Supreme Court; repeals provision re fiscal impact statement requirements for amendments proposed other than by initiative, etc. Amends FS.
