Genetic Counseling Practice Act; creates said act; requires licensure to practice genetic counseling; creates Board of Genetic Counselors & provides for appointment & staggering of terms of its members; provides rulemaking authority; provides licensure requirements; provides for biennial renewal of licensure; provides for continuing education; prohibits certain acts; provides penalties; provides grounds for disciplinary action, etc. Creates 468.901-.913.
