Discriminatory Practice/Food Service; defines terms; prohibits discrimination in specified public food service establishments against persons who operate motorcycles or wear certain clothing; provides for filing of complaints with Human Relations Commission or Attorney General's office; provides for filing civil actions under certain circumstances. Creates 760.61.
