GENERAL BILL by State Administration ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Mack

Medical Information/Pub. Rec.; provides exemption from public records requirements for personal identifying information contained in records re person's health held by local governmental entities or their service providers for purposes of determining eligibility for paratransit services under Title II of Americans with Disabilities Act or eligibility for transportation disadvantaged program as provided in specified provisions, etc. Amends 119.07.
