GENERAL BILL by Smith ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Bennett
Postsecondary Education; provides that university board of trustees shall establish fees for university, including instate undergraduate matriculation, instate graduate & professional tuition, & out-of-state undergraduate, graduate, & professional matriculation; requires plan for setting fees, which allows base tuition or matriculation to be reset initially & increased annually, subject to specified guidelines, etc. Amends 1001.74, 1009.24.
