GENERAL BILL by Ethics and Elections ; Sebesta ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Atwater

Citizens' Right to Honest Govt.; creates "Paul Mendelson Citizens' Right to Honest Government Act"; increases penalty for unlawful compensation for official behavior; provides criminal penalties for official misconduct, criminal misuse of official position, disclosure or use of confidential criminal justice information, & bid tampering; provides criminal penalty for perjury in official proceeding by public servant, etc. Amends FS.
