GENERAL BILL by Health, Aging, and Long-Term Care ; Crist

On-Line Pharmacy; requires on-line pharmacy to have written prescription from practitioner licensed by this state before selling or dispensing controlled substance to person residing in this state; provides for facsimile transmission & verification of such prescription; requires on-line pharmacies to obtain permit to operate under certain part of Florida Drug & Cosmetic Act, etc. Creates 465.0158; amends 499.01,.081.
