Impaired Practitioners/Health Care; amends provision re treatment programs for impaired practitioners; requires consultant to provide notice to practitioners re investigative process; provides rulemaking authority for Health Dept.; provides that failure to provide notice is harmless error; provides requirements for voluntary examinations. Amends 456.076.
