SB 2494: State Transportation Facilities
GENERAL BILL by Wise
State Transportation Facilities; defines term "jurisdiction & control"; provides that local governmental ordinance or rule is not applicable to transportation facility designated as part of State Highway System to extent that such ordinance or rule conflicts with rules of DOT or imposes burden on department re designated facility. Amends 335.02.
