State Employees/Pub. Rec.; amends provision which provides exemption from public-records requirements for personal identifying information contained in records re state employee's participation in employee assistance program; deletes provisions authorizing routine monitoring of telephone calls; removes repeal of exemption scheduled under OGSR Act of 1995. Amends 110.1091.
