Rec.; amends provision which provides exemption from public-records requirements for info. furnished by applicant for or participant in housing assistance program; deletes exemption provided for bank account numbers, credit card numbers, & telephone numbers; clarifies provisions providing exemption from public-records requirements for applicant's or participant's medical history records or info. related to health or property insurance, etc. Amends 119.07.
