LOCAL BILL by Saunders
Lee Co. Trauma Services District; provides for establishment of said district for purpose of financially supporting trauma services in Lee Co.; provides that such trauma services shall be provided through designated Level II Trauma Center; provides for governing board, officers, & audit of books; provides for quarterly meetings; prescribes powers & duties of board; states public purpose; provides for budget; provides severability.
Effective Date: Upon becoming law
