County Tourism Promotion Agencies; revises powers of county governing body; authorizes county to prohibit business entities that are not county tourism promotion agencies from using certain specified designations; revises powers & duties of county tourism promotion agencies; authorizes use of certain designations by said agencies. Amends 125.01,.0104.
