Florida Civil Rights Act of 1992; provides that this act shall be known by popular name "Dr. Marvin Davies Florida Civil Rights Act"; authorizes Attorney General to commence civil action to obtain damages or other relief for civil rights violation under certain circumstances; provides for attorney's fees & costs; makes unlawful discrimination or segregation in places of public accommodation, etc. Creates 760.021; amends 16.57, 760.02,.08.
