Judicial System; revises definition for purposes of retired justices or judges assigned to temporary duty; removes provisions re fees for certification & renewal of certification of court reporters; requires witness coordination to be provided by state attorneys & public defenders; restricts duties of state attorneys before circuit & county courts; provides for payment of expenses for state attorney to assist in another circuit, etc. Amends FS. APPROPRIATION: $200,000.
