SECTION 201
County Article V Trust Fund.
County Article V Trust Fund.
134.201 County Article V Trust Fund.--The County Article V Trust Fund is hereby created, to be administered by the Supreme Court. Funds shall be credited to the trust fund as provided in chapter 97-235, Laws of Florida, for the purposes set forth therein.

1Note.--Section 2, ch. 97-64, provides for the termination of the trust fund on June 30, 2002, pursuant to s. 19(f)(2), Art. III of the State Constitution.
