CS/SB 1074: Limitation of Action/Sexual Offenses
GENERAL BILL by Judiciary ; Fasano
Limitation of Action/Sexual Offenses; authorizes prosecution of specified sexual offenses within 1 year after identity of accused is established or should have been established through analysis of DNA evidence, notwithstanding time limitations otherwise prescribed by law; provides for application. Amends 775.15.
