CS/HB 1175: Florida Pharmacy Act

GENERAL BILL by Murman ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Homan ; Joyner ; Kallinger

Florida Pharmacy Act; provides that it is unlawful for person, firm, or corporation that is not licensed or registered under act to use certain terms implying that person, firm, or corporation is so licensed or registered, or to hold himself, herself, or itself out as licensed or registered to practice pharmacy in this state; provides penalties, defines term "automated pharmacy system"; requires Board of Pharmacy to adopt rules, etc. Amends Ch. 465.
