Pyramid Sales Schemes; deletes provision declaring pyramid sales schemes to be lottery & provides criminal penalty for participating in such schemes; provides definitions; prohibits establishing, promoting, operating, or participating in pyramid promotional schemes; provides limitations; provides construction; preserves Attorney General's authority to bring certain actions; provides criminal penalties, etc. Amends 849.091; creates 849.09105.
