Financial Services Department; transfers regulation of insurance adjusters from Insurance Regulation Office to Financial Services Dept.; provides for Chief Financial Officer to also be known as Treasurer; provides for head of Office of Insurance Regulation to be known as Commissioner of Insurance Regulation; expands authorization for Chief Financial Officer to invest certain funds to include reverse repurchase agreements, etc. Amends FS.
