GENERAL BILL by Roberson, Y ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Antone ; Holloway ; Sobel

Crimes Against Minors; revises elements of crimes of kidnapping minor child & false imprisonment of minor child; revises elements of crime of luring or enticing minor child for unlawful purpose; specifies evidentiary fact that may be considered by court in determining whether defendant committed or attempted to commit such offense; reenacts specified provisions to incorporate amendments in references thereto, etc. Amends 787.01,.02,.025; reenacts FS.
