GENERAL BILL by Commerce ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Detert

Banking; prohibits use of name or logo of financial institution or its affiliates or subsidiaries under certain circumstances without written consent; provides that such use is grounds for denial of license or for disciplinary action; provides criteria for certain banks or trust companies to be considered incorporated under financial institutions codes; revises minimum percentage requirement for designating control of an association, etc. Amends FS.
