Student Assessment/FCAT/SAT & ACT; authorizes SAT & ACT as alternate assessments for grade 10 FCAT for students entering Florida public school in grade 11 or grade 12 & for students who have exhausted all attempts to pass grade 10 FCAT by end of regular grade 12 school year; deletes obsolete language. Amends 1008.22.
