GENERAL BILL by Wasserman Schultz

Employment Practices/Discrimination; revises provisions re state employment policy, career service appointments, county & municipal employment, & unlawful employment practices, to provide that discrimination on basis of sex includes discrimination on basis of pregnancy, childbirth, or related medical conditions; provides limitation re employer health insurance benefits, etc. Amends 110.105,.233, 112.042, 760.10; reenacts 104.31(3), 760.11(15).
