GENERAL BILL by Geller
Medical Malpractice Insurance; creates Fla. Medical Malpractice Insurance Fund; provides for governance by board of governors; provides investment requirements; provides for fund to issue medical malpractice policies to any physician regardless of specialty; provides requirements for premium rates; requires practitioners licensed under certain provisions to obtain & maintain professional liability coverage of specified amount as condition of licensure, etc.
