GENERAL BILL by Finance and Taxation ; Comprehensive Planning ; Comprehensive Planning

Land Development; provides for issuance of escheatment tax deed that is free & clear of any tax certificates, accrued taxes, & liens of any nature for certain properties; provides immunity for county from environmental liability for certain properties that escheat to county; requires DCA, in cooperation with other specified state agencies, to provide assistance to local govts. in implementing provisions re rural land stewardship areas, etc. Amends FS.
