SB 2858: Workforce Development Funding

GENERAL BILL by Bennett

Workforce Development Funding; revises criteria for funding workforce development programs; replaces performance-based funding with funding based on workload plus performance; requires DOE to develop funding-allocation models for community colleges & for school district programs; provides restrictions on base funding; requires that, when program moves from one local educational agency to another, funds move to new agency within specified period of time, etc. Amends 1011.80.
