GENERAL BILL by Governmental Oversight and Productivity ; Atwater

Deaf & Blind School; requires Auditor General to conduct audits of accounts & records of Fla. School for Deaf & Blind; provides that school is component of delivery of public education within Florida's K-20 education system; revises procedure for legislative budget requests of said school; provides duties of Blind Services Div.; authorizes division to create blind services direct-support organization, etc. Amends FS.
