Portable Restroom Contractors; provides for regulation of portable restroom contracting; provides requirements for registration, including examination; authorizes imposition of administrative fine for violation of portable restroom contracting requirements; specifies Health Dept.'s powers & duties re regulation of portable restroom facilities & companies that provide & service them, etc. Creates 381.0069; amends 381.0061,.0065,.0066.
