Abrogating Offensive Place Names; provides legislative findings that certain place names are offensive or derogatory; requires state agencies & political subdivisions that own or manage geographic sites that contain said place names to identify such sites & file report on their findings with Historical Resources Div. by specified date; directs commission to recommend to division replacement names & to select replacement names by specified date, etc. Creates 267.0625.
