Electric Transmission Line Siting; changes short title to "Fla. Electric Transmission Line Siting Act"; revises provisions for applicability, certification, & exemptions under act; requires application to contain starting point & ending point of transmission line specifically defined by applicant & verified by commission; revises provisions for notice by electric utility of its intent to construct exempted transmission line, etc. Amends Ch. 403, 373.441.
