Family Court Efficiency; authorizes Supreme Court to create system to identify cases re individuals & families within court system; provides for limited admissibility of evidence in subsequent civil proceedings; provides for court to determine matters re child support in any proceeding under specified provisions; specifies timeframes for completing parenting courses, etc. Creates 25.375; amends Ch. 39, 61.13,.21,.1827, 409.2579, 741.30.
