Children's Health Programs; requires DOH to develop plan for publicizing Fla. KidCare program; requires AHCA to adopt rules to comply with Fla. KidCare Act & federal requirements; revises time period for penalties or waiting periods for reinstatement of coverage within Fla. Healthy Kids Corporation; deletes requirement that corporation develop plan to publicize said corporation. Amends 409.818, 624.91.
