CS/CS/HB 505: Communications Services Tax
GENERAL BILL by Murzin
Communications Services Tax; requires dealers to document exempt sales for resale; provides for dealer provision of evidence of exempt status of certain sales through informal protest process; requires DOR to establish toll-free number for certain registration & resale certificate verification purposes; authorizes municipalities or counties to use certain revenues distributed to local government for certain purposes, etc. Amends 202.16,.19,.20,.21.
        
        Effective Date: Upon becoming law except as otherwise provided
