GENERAL BILL by Troutman ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Ausley ; Bilirakis ; Coley ; Kreegel ; Richardson ; Williams, T.

Qualified Job-Training Organizations; defines term "qualified job-training organization"; provides for Tourism, Trade, & Economic Development Office to certify said organizations; provides for distribution of certain funds to certified organization pursuant to contract; provides contract requirements; specifies uses of funds; provides for revocation of certification under certain circumstances; provides appropriations for certain period, etc. Creates 288.1171. APPROPRIATION: $3,000,000.
