GENERAL BILL by Government Efficiency Appropriations ; Transportation ; Sebesta ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Fasano

Highway Safety & Motor Vehicles; requires that motor carrier maintain certain tax records for specified period; provides limitation on liability in off-highway vehicle recreation; authorizes operations of said vehicles on public lands; applies provisions that relate to liability re skateboarding, inline skating, & other recreational pursuits to mountain & off-road bicycling as well; adding to definition of acts that constitute reckless driving, etc. Amends FS.

Effective Date: 10/01/2006 except as otherwise provided
