CS/HB 1177: Funeral & Cemetery Industry Regulation [EPCC]

GENERAL BILL by Jobs & Entrepreneurship Council ; Weatherford ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Murzin ; Troutman ; McKeel ; Nehr ; Kreegel ; Ambler

Funeral & Cemetery Industry Regulation [EPCC]; prohibits certain persons from conducting, maintaining, managing, owning, or operating licensees under Funeral, Cemetery, & Consumer Services law; revises reference to building code in which standards for newly constructed & significantly altered or renovated mausoleums & columbaria may be included; requires that certain mausoleums contain pressure relief ventilation, etc. Amends Chs. 497, 553.36, 316.515, 627.702; creates 497.609.
