Award of Attorney's Fees/Settlement Offers [EPCC]; amends provision re attorney's fees & sanctions for raising unsupported claims or defenses; provides entitlement to fees & requires compliance with filing provisions; allows offers to be made by or to any party or parties; requires joint proposals to state amount & terms attributable to each party; provides for specified retroactive applicability, etc. Amends 57.105, 768.79.
