GENERAL BILL by Lawson
Title Insurance/Rate Deviations; authorizes title insurers & rating organizations to petition OIR for specific rate deviations or special coverage in addition to adopted premiums; requires OIR to issue notice of intent to approve or disapprove filing within specified period after OIR receives filing; requires OIR to review petition to determine if it is excessive, inadequate, or unfairly discriminatory, etc. Amends 627.783.
