OGSR/DFS Info./Unclaimed or Abandoned Property [EPCC]; revises public-records exemption for information held by DFS concerning unclaimed property; provides exemption from public-records requirements for property identifiers held by DFS in reports concerning unclaimed property; authorizes release of certain information to persons registered with DFS for purpose of locating owners of abandoned or unclaimed property; provides for future review & repeal of exemption under OGSR Act, etc. Amends 717.117.
