Magic City Children's Zone Pilot Project [RPCC]; provides legislative findings & intent; provides process for nominating & selecting children's zone; requires governing body to establish children's zone planning team; provides for development of strategic community plan; requires governing body to create corporation; establishes Magic City Children's Zone pilot project; provides for DCFS to contract for services to improve development & life outcomes of children, etc. Creates 409.147. APPROPRIATION: $3,628,362.
