GENERAL BILL by Economic Expansion & Infrastructure Council ; Evers

Department of Highway Safety and Motor Vehicles; Requires operator of motor vehicle to yield left lane when being overtaken on multilane highway; provides exceptions; revises number of specified acts necessary to qualify as aggressive careless driver; provides penalties; requires person to stop at railroad crossing upon signal of law enforcement officer; requires placement of signs in certain school zones; authorizes police officer to make arrest for license violations, etc.
